IMPAQT is constantly evolving. We collaborate with a broad network of experts and freelancers from both academia and practice.

Scientific policy advice for decision-makers

Our team supports strategic and policymaking decisions as well as planning processes in healthcare based on scientific evidence. We place particular emphasis on information systems, digitalization, evaluation, change processes, care models, needs-based planning, and global health policy.

Science communication and knowledge transfer

Our team tailors knowledge to specific target audiences and supports communication and transfer through various formats, ranging from digital media to policy dialogues.

Reviews, evidence syntheses, and meta-analyses

Our team consolidates knowledge: we have published more than 24 reviews in national and international journals, with a cumulative impact factor of 100.8. Our reports are cited 59 times more often than those of other researchers (relative citation rate) and offer high policy relevance. We produce scientific evidence reviews for decision-makers and UN organizations within 8 to 12 weeks.

IT-implementation and integration

Our team develops and evaluates tailored IT-solutions, especially in fragile and fragmented contexts. To this end, we implement innovative technologies for inter-connected knowledge, e.g. based on peer-to-peer technologies and edge computing.

Spatial analysis and data visualization

Our team supports spatial analysis, data visualization, and dashboards—making geography and numbers tangible.
